To track members’ sustainability actions aligned with the Code’s objectives, we repeated the survey first conducted in 2022. It remains a valuable tool for sharing best practices and inspiring new initiatives. This section highlights actions introduced over the past year; for ongoing efforts, see our 2022, 2023 and 2024 reports. This year’s survey confirms an increase in members’ activities supporting inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment and decent work, with Compass, Sodexo and Serunion launching significant new initiatives in these areas. As in previous years, most member actions focused on promoting healthy, balanced and sustainable diets, followed closely by initiatives targeting a circular and resource-efficient food chain. Progress has also been reported on food waste prevention, climate action and sustainable sourcing.
