The NaTour4CChange European project, part of the Interreg Euro-MED Programme, has released detailed methodological frameworks to assess and enhance climate resilience and sustainable tourism in Mediterranean coastal areas. These frameworks establish clear criteria and indicators to evaluate tourism’s contribution to climate change, as well as the sector’s adaptation and mitigation efforts. The guidelines are evidence-based and tailored for both regional and destination levels, serving as a resource for project partners.

To explore these frameworks and their potential to transform coastal tourism in the Mediterranean, follow the link on the left-hand side of the platform to access the report and assess your own coastal tourism-related issues!
