The second edition of the Net Zero Roadmap for Travel & Tourism, published by the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) on 20 November 2024, reviews the current state of climate action within the Travel & Tourism sector. It highlights progress made in recent years and offers a practical guide for decarbonising the industry. This updated action plan addresses new topics such as sustainable aviation fuel and certification, providing a comprehensive roadmap for climate action. The report aims to steer the sector towards sustainable practices and achieving net zero emissions by 2050.
