The SUSTOUR initiative, supported by the European COSME programme, strives to enhance the sustainable management and performance of SME tour operators and travel agents. This is achieved by implementing training, management systems, standards, and solutions, which also create new market opportunities. Despite its conclusion in 2023, the project maintains ongoing collaboration with its partners and ECTAA Members to encourage the adoption of its tools and standards, along with the certification process for travel agents and tour operators.
