The Euro-emotur project, co-funded by the COSME programme of the European Union, released deliverable D 4.1 in April 2023 to support tourism SMEs in adopting digitalisation and innovation. This report, developed through literature reviews and contributions from Euro-emotur partners and stakeholders, maps emerging technologies, business models, and industry cases relevant to tourism SMEs. It emphasizes neuromarketing and technologies like VR, AR, ER, AI, and robotics, particularly in the post-COVID-19 era. By highlighting practical business cases and innovative commercial solutions, this deliverable aims to inspire tourism SMEs on their digitalisation journey. This is significant as it provides tourism companies with insights and tools to enhance their marketing and product development strategies through advanced technologies.
