The report evaluates the progress and hurdles faced in the implementation of the EU Agenda for Tourism 2030. Commissioned by the European Commission, it covers all EU-27 Member States and various tourism stakeholders, including SMEs and regional authorities, identifying key achievements and gaps. 

Conducted from December 2024 to September 2025, the study employed a layered approach, combining desk research with targeted consultations across Member States. This document is pivotal for shaping policy directions, aiming to enhance sustainability, digital advancement, and resilience within EU tourism by 2030.
