The POCITYF project publication, released on May 3, 2023, presents strategies for transforming Ioannina, Greece, into a smart city by 2050. The vision prioritizes sustainability, technological innovation, and community engagement to create a greener, smarter, and more livable city. The report is organized into five sections, detailing the replication activities in Ioannina, including background, benchmark framework, processes for implementing the Replication Plan, plan development, and a summary of the document’s work. The results aim to address the challenges Ioannina faces in achieving its Smart City Vision.
