The CODECS Final Conference will be held in Brussels on 15 and 16 September 2026 and will examine how digitalisation can help shape the future of European agriculture. The event will focus on the role of digital tools in improving productivity, resource efficiency, and decision-making, while also addressing the need for inclusive and sustainable approaches that benefit all actors in farming and rural areas.

The conference marks the end of the CODECS project and will present the knowledge, evidence, and practical tools developed over the past four years. Participants will hear how digital solutions are being tested in real agricultural settings through the project’s Living Labs and will explore the factors that support or limit successful uptake across different farming systems in Europe.

Researchers, policymakers, farmers, advisors, technology providers, rural networks, and agri-food stakeholders are expected to take part. The programme will combine scientific results with practical examples and policy recommendations, creating space for discussion on governance, innovation, and the future priorities needed for a sustainable digital transition in agriculture.
