The EU Agri-Hackathon, scheduled for 16–18 October 2026, is inviting applications from legal residents of EU countries aged 18 or over who can work in English. Registration closes on 31 August 2026 at 12:00 noon CEST. The event will bring together farmers, developers, data analysts, researchers, students, entrepreneurs, agri-food professionals and policy experts to develop digital solutions for three challenges: simplifying administrative reporting, improving the use of farm-generated data and streamlining information exchange with value chain partners while keeping farmers in control of their data. Participants can apply individually or as pre-formed teams, and selected teams will receive mentoring during the event. The winning project will be presented at the EU Agri-Food Days conference on 8–9 December 2026.
